    Description

    Black tea is a full fermented tea, which is made from a series of technological processes, such as wilting, rolling (cutting), fermentation and drying. Black tea is rich in carotene, vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, caffeine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, glutamic acid, alanine, aspartic acid and other nutrients. The chemical reaction of polyphenols in the fermentation process of the black tea makes the chemical composition in the fresh leaves change greatly, and the components such as theaflavins and thearubigins are produced. The aroma of the tea is obviously increased compared to the fresh leaves, and the unique color and fragrance of the black tea are formed.
